An act requiring the purpose of this document to be revealed to the public.
RULE 1. BYLAWS. This document shall consist of the Official Bylaws, of the company.
Ratified March 1, 2023, by Chief Richardson.
An act to establish a private and legal dominion wherever supreme law of the land shall yield opportunity.
RULE 1. TEXT OF THE RICHARDSON BAND OF AMERICA CONSTITUTION. We the People of the Richardson Band of America, move to ordain and establish this Constitution for our incorporated company of Persons to:
STATUTE A. Form a United States Tribe of taxable interest-yielding farmers, hunters, gatherers, traders, and businesspersons;
STATUTE B. Duly establish protections from all illegal treatment;
STATUTE C. Duly establish protections against all unfair and discriminatory treatment;
STATUTE D. Establish swift Justice for all Band members;
STATUTE E. More freely pursue the unalienable right to Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness as sought in the United States’ Declaration of Independence.
RULE 2. THE CONSTITUTION MODERNIZATION ACT. An act to allow the amending of the Band’s Constitution to reflect fundamental improvements.
STATUTE A. RULES OF CONSTITUTION MODERNIZATION. The following rules shall govern the Constitutional Modernization Act.
1st. ACT CONSTITUTIONAL MODERNIZATION YEAR. The Chief’s Counsel shall have the authority to modernize the Band’s Constitution anytime two-thirds of all shareholders agree to do so.
2nd. ACT EFFECTIVE DATE. This rule shall be deemed ratified and effective as of March 1, 2023, at 5:30 PM CST.
An act to effectively establish and manage the policies of all Company Executive Level matters.
STATUTE A. SUPREMACY.Divine legislative authority shall here and now be forged as a multi-purpose apparatus, void of demise.
STATUTE B. CHIEF’S AUTHORITY. The Chief Officer, for a period of time, until Band Membership reaches 5 total voting members, shall represent the entirety of the Board of Directors of the Company.
1st. ACT CHIEF’S COUNSEL.The Chief shall elect a Counsel of Advisors.
BILL A. COUNSELOR SEATS.The Chief may appoint up to two Counselors per District simultaneously. The President may not at any point, politically represent a specified District.
PROCLAMATION I. DISTRICT COUNCIL CLASSIFICATIONS. District Council seats shall consist of the following:
STATEMENT a) PRESIDENT. The President shall have the power to represent the many interests of the Company in all Public scenarios.
MANIFESTO i. ELECTION. A President may be elected via majority ruling voting poll.
MANIFESTO ii. APPOINTMENT. If 3 or more voting members are not available to vote on the matter of a Presidential Election within 60 total days of the event a qualified Presidential candidate has been nominated for campaign, the Chief may utilize sole discretion to appoint a President from the pool of qualified Presidential Elects.
STATEMENT b) DISTRICT COUNSELOR.
STATEMENT c) SUPERINTENDENT.
BILL B. COUNSELOR ELECTIONS.The Members of the Counsel Shall be elected by a popular voting poll. Elections shall take place every other year following the activation of the first Counselor.
PROCLAMATION I. POPULAR VOTING POLL.The Band’s Popular Voting system shall be designed to manifest a majority rules voting policy. Only Members of the Band may vote on matters.
PROCLAMATION II. AGE. Concluding all inaugural elections to seat vacancies, no person shall be a Counselor who has not attained the Age of 25.
PROCLAMATION III. MEMBERSHIP. Concluding all inaugural elections to seat vacancies, no person shall be a Counselor unless the candidate has been a Member of the Band for a minimum of 5 years.
PROCLAMATION IV. RESIDENCY.Counselors must have resided in the United States at least 24 months prior to election eligibility.
PROCLAMATION V. CONTRIBUTIONS. Counselors and direct Contributions shall be apportioned among the several Districts which may be included within the Band, according to their respective Numbers, which shall be determined by adding to the whole Number of Members, including those bound to Reserved Officer Training Service for a Term of Years, and excluding Honorably Discharged Band Members.
PROCLAMATION VI. VACANCIES. When vacancies occur in the form of representation of any District, the Executive Authority of that District shall then issue a “Writ of Election” in order to fill such Vacancies.
PROCLAMATION VII. HOUSE OF SPEAKERS.The District Counselor shall be the Speaker of their District and shall have the sole Power of Impeachment of Officers within the assigned District.
RULE 2. LEGISLATIVE AUTHORITY. All legislative authority forged by the authority of this act shall be qualified, bound, and duly delivered to the Chief Officer of the Company.
STATUTE A. GENERAL AUTHORITY. An act to determine and manage Band Administrative policies.
1st. ACT CORRESPONDENCE. An act to officially regulate and manage all company correspondence.
2nd. ACT COMPANY PHYSICAL ADDRESS.The company’s official public home address shall be 110 North Harvey Watkins Drive | Canton, MS 39046.
BILL A. No correspondence (payments excluded) is accepted for delivery at the company’s physical address and may be returned to the sender to be re-submitted to the appropriate correspondence address.
3rd. ACT LETTERS.All company letter correspondence should be submitted to:

STATUTE B. RICHARDSON BAND OF AMERICA SALES POLICIES. An act to manage and regulate all Richardson Band of America sales between the Band and its product consumers.
1st. ACT ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS.Acceptable methods of payment are:
BILL A. Credit Card.
BILL B. Debit Card.
BILL C. Check. Checks are accepted however products will not be authorized for shipping until 1 business day following the date the check clears. Checks may take anywhere between 7 and 10 days to clear once received by our company. Checks must be mailed to or delivered to the COMPANY PHYSICAL ADDRESS.
BILL D. Money Order. Money Orders are accepted and must be mailed to or delivered to the COMPANY PHYSICAL ADDRESS.
BILL E. Cash. Cash is accepted for local (in-store) transactions only. Do not mail or ship cash to complete a purchase.
2nd. ACT VACANT LAND SALES AND POLICIES. An act to manage and regulate all Richardson Band of America vacant land sales between the Band and its product consumers.
BILL A. ALL SALES, FINAL. All sales are final. Your payment is an irrevocable offer to purchase vacant land. Property is sold “As-Is”. RBA gives no warranties (other than titling) of any kind covering the property purchased. RBA makes no representation as to the presence of hazardous substances located on properties. A sale for vacant land is deemed to have taken place when or if:
PROCLAMATION I. SUCCESSFUL DEPOSIT. The Check or Money Order for an intended purchase is deposited into the depositing financial institution. Customers should consider a check or money order to have been deposited, the moment it is released to the custody of an RBA Member.
PROCLAMATION II. MODIFICATION OF PROPERTY AD. An advertisement for the property is altered to reflect the acknowledged purchase.
PROCLAMATION III. LOST INTEREST. A buyer whom enters into an agreement with RBA to purchase vacant land, but fails to complete the agreement, relinquishes all interest yielded to obtain the property, to include:
Condition a) CONTROL OF DOMAIN.Loss of any claim to control, inhabit, or maintain the property to include any permanently fixed objects.
BILL B. GENERAL WARRANTY DEED. All purchases of vacant land include transfer of ownership of said lands via a General Warranty Deed.
PROCLAMATION I. SHIPPING OF DEED. The General Warranty Deed will be mailed to the buyers mailing address once the sale is recorded, generally 7 - 30 days after receiving all funds. The buyer should be aware that our brokers prepare the deed and deliver it to the appropriate authority to record within 48 hours of the sale taking place. There is nothing our company can do in order to “make” or “demand” that the County process or record the sale any sooner than “their own time”. However in most cases the sale is recorded within 30 days and the new deed, mailed to the buyer, directly from the County Tax Assessor’s Office.
PROCLAMATION II. PROPERTY TAXES. All lands are assessed tax based on the value of the land. This amount is determined by the County in which the land resides in and this amount must be paid annually to the County. Tax percentages can vary, because of this RBA does not post information regarding specific taxing scenarios or amounts. A (potential) buyer should always contact the County Tax Assessor’s Office directly with questions about taxation for a specified property for specified tax years. Property taxes for all purchased vacant land will be current through the end of the prior tax year the property is conveyed to the buyer. Upon delivery of the deed, the property becomes taxable to the buyer for the upcoming tax year.
STATEMENT a) EXAMPLE PROPERTY TAX SCENARIO 1. If you purchased land from RBA in 2020, this means we paid the tax on the property for the 2019 tax year so you as the new owner would be responsible for paying the tax in 2020 and moving forward.
STATEMENT b) EXAMPLE PROPERTY TAX SCENARIO 2. If you purchased land from RBA in 2024, this means we paid the tax on the property for the 2023 tax year so you as the new owner would be responsible for paying the tax in 2024 and moving forward.
PROCLAMATION III. VACANT LAND FINANCING. In-House financing is available for all vacant land purchases in accordance with the following conditions. RBA Vacant Land Brokers are authorized to Broker negotiations in accordance to Corporate standards and are authorized to consider the following conditions and qualifications when brokering sales.
STATEMENT a) $30.00 - $1,999.99.To qualify for financing, the buyer must pay upfront, 10% of the total purchase price (rounded up to the nearest whole cent). Purchases in this range may be financed for any period not more than 15 months.
STATEMENT b) $2,000.00 AND GREATER. To qualify for financing, the buyer must pay upfront, 12.5% of the total purchase price (rounded up to the nearest whole cent) and meet the following qualifications.
MANIFESTO i. $2,000.00 - $4,500.00. Purchases in this range may be financed for any period not more than 18 months.
MANIFESTO ii. $4,500.01 - $10,000.00. Purchases in this range may be financed for any period not more than 24 months.
MANIFESTO iii. $10,000.01 AND GREATER. Purchases in this range may be financed for any period not more than 42 months.
BILL C. THE RIGHT TO CONSULT YOUR ATTORNEY. The buyer should be aware that one has the right to retain the services of an attorney.
PROCLAMATION I. GENERAL STATEMENT. Any questions of legal nature should be discussed with your attorney. The descriptions provided are based on the Official Records of the County Recorder’s Office and are presumed to be correct. Prospective buyers are urged to examine the title, location, and desirability of the properties available to their own satisfaction prior to purchasing. RBA makes no guarantee, expressed or implied, relative to the, location or condition of the properties for sale. RBA assumes no liability for any other possible liens, encumbrances, or easements, recorded or not recorded. If the successful buyer desires a survey of the property, it will be at the buyer’s own initiative and expense. RBA makes no warranty, either expressed or implied, relative to the usability, the ground location, or property lines of the properties. The prospective purchaser must determine the exact location, desirability, and usefulness of the properties on their own account. The sale of Property found on this web domain should not, in any way, be equated to real estate sales by licensed salesmen, brokers and realtors. RBA cannot guarantee the condition of the property nor assume any responsibility for conformance to codes, permits or zoning ordinances. Prospective buyers should inspect the property before purchase. The burden is on the buyer to thoroughly research, before the purchase, any matters relevant to his or her decision to purchase, rather than on RBA, whose sole interest is to place potential buyers in contact with desired parcels of land. The successful buyer shall state in writing the name(s) and address(es) in which the Deed shall be issued.
